We try to ship orders within 5-7 working days (Monday - Friday, we are closed weekends). This can vary slightly depending on demand and other factors, but generally orders ship within 5-7 business days.

Shipping times will also vary depending on service chosen (ground advantage is the slowest, priority mail is the quickest), while international orders may take slightly longer depending on customs and local postal services.  The shipping method chosen is ONLY the transit time after the order has shipped, not the speed of shipping the order out from our facility.  

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details.  Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects.
